Dear Noah

To Noah, my best friend, my partner in crime, my itchy itchy baby, my little prince:

I’m truly inspired by you baby Noah. You make my days worth living, my moments of sadness disappear, you make my life make sense, I don’t think I can adequately describe the pure joy I get in knowing you are my son. You are mine. I can only imagine how our Father in Heaven must feel and I’m so grateful that I get a glimpse of His unconditional love.

I love the way, you smile. When I say “do your cheese face” you get the most incredible silliest happy face I’ve ever seen, my heart literally melts with pride and happiness that I have you.

I love the way you bring me book after book after book every morning for me to read to you,
I swear you will be the smartest kid like ever!

I’m proud that you can recite your ABC’s at two years old, I am proud that you know how to sing “popcorn popping” and “Wiseman” word for word, as well as itsy bitsy spider and twinkle little star. YOU TRULY AMAZE ME.

I love that you have this incredibly difficult swirl on the top of your head, you may hate it someday when doing your own hair but it makes my heart melt.

I love that you have MY eyelashes, they are super long ,  every girl wants them!  I sometimes watch you bat those incredibly cute eyelashes and melt and you have no idea you do it!

I love that you cant wait for your daddy to come home, that when you see him you get so happy and with the biggest smile on your face you squeal in excitement! It almost makes me want to leave so I can get that kind of greeting when I get home!

I love when you know you are naughty, you look at me and say “time-out” and I melt, how am I suppose to be mad at that?!!!

I think you totally have me wrapped around your tiny handsome itchy toddler fingers, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I want you to know that I love you, I will fight for you when your not strong, I will help you up when you are down, I will hold your hand when you are lonely,
I will listen when no one else will. I will be your cheering crowd when you make BIG accomplishments, or even when you do LITTLE accomplishments.
I will be your #1 fan no matter what you do, where you choose to go, no matter what path you take, I will be there coaxing you and will never give up on you. You are the bestest little friend a mommy can ask for.
  I love you baby Noah!
